Job Coach


Assist program members to obtain and maintain employment through hands-on training, advocacy and job development. Must be capable of using good judgment, possess good oral and written communication skills and be familiar with word and excel computer programs.

Candidates must have a valid Driver’s license and registered, insured operating automobile. Preferred: B.A. in Human Services area. 12 months experience working with developmental disabilities with at least 6 months experience in a business setting. Proven advocacy experience. Excellent communication, observation and judgment skills


Assistant Residential Manager


Assist the Residence Manager in all daily operations of the residence. Ensure all resident’s records are appropriately maintained. Maintain communication with day programs, and other outside service providers. Provide direct care to residents by filling in for and role modeling for all staff. Supervise assigned direct care staff under the direction of the Residence Manager.

Candidates must have a valid Driver’s license and registered, insured operating automobile.


Medicaid Service Coordinator


Carry a caseload and perform home visits. Develop and maintain an ISP. Coordinate and monitor services and providers. Maintain benefits and entitlements. Requires at least an associates degree and experience in the social services field. Position also requires a car. Must have strong interpersonal, organizational and writing skills. Flexible schedule for students. Must be great with children and adults with developmental disabilities


Direct Care Coordinator


The direct care counselor for the Supervised Community Residence will provide and promote a normal home atmosphere for each consumer that is conducive to enhancing quality of life experiences and enhancing individual growth through the principles of individualization, independence, integration and productivity. A Direct Care Counselor must be able to provide program members with guidance and support in all activities. A direct Care Counselor maintains contact with individuals, volunteer sites, families, and other agencies as a representative of ANIBIC and the services we provide, and are expect to conduct themselves professionally and courteously at all times.

Requires a B.A. in Human Services area, 6 months social services experience a valid Driver’s license. Good communication and judgment skills.
